Book at Printers
Relish 2009 has finally been submitted to the printers last week. It is now due for delivery on 7th November 2008 - but we will certainly let everyone know as soon as we have it in our hot little hands!
The launch of the book will be a cocktail evening at Red Scooter on the 11th November - invitations have just been sent out yesterday. If you would like to attend the book launch, stay tuned, we will be auctioning off a couple of tickets on Ebay - with the proceeds from the auction being added to the funds being raised for the two charities we are supporting this year.

More recipes are on their way, and the Recipe Book is now filling up fast. With the book due out in early October it is currently all rush, rush, rush. The final designs are being worked on and we are now tackling the issue of the name.
Our original name, Bayside Bounty has had to be revised with the City of Port Phillip now on board as a sponsor (Bayside Council is the next Council next door!). Any ideas would be appreciated, currently the strong contenders are:
Signature Recipes
The Gourmet Alliance
The Recipe Connection
City of Port Phillip Sponsor the Recipe Book

I am really pleased to announce that the City of Port Phillip have just pledged sponsorship for the Recipe Book project. This is a really exciting development and has helped to get the project closer to its completion.
Mike McIntosh from the Business & Economic Development & Tourism Unit and Mayor Janet Cribbes have shown much enthusiasm for the project which has been most encouraging as we enter the final days prior to the book going to the printers.
The book is due to be out in the streets in early October and it now includes recipes contributed from cafes & restaurants from Elwood, St Kilda, East St Kilda, South Melbourne & Albert Park. If you haven’t submitted your recipe yet, it is not too late, there is now 7 days to go until the book is sent to the printers, so please contact us today.
